From Fouquet's to the Crillon Hotel, the chef perfected his art in some of Paris' finest kitchens before joining the brigade des Lumières. Trained by the Compagnons du devoir, he embodies culinary excellence and a passion for the terroir.
As the sun returns, the Esplanade des Lumières becomes your new summer spot at the hotel.
Savour the moment with small plates designed for sharing: croque-truffle, trout rillettes, artisanal pâté en croûte by Maison Bosset, and delicate sweets when afternoon comes. All accompanied by cocktails crafted in front of you.
