Here, each dish boldly reinvents French classics: white asparagus marries perfectly with a generous heart of burrata, yellow chicken supreme is dressed in a bewitching roast jus and fresh garden herbs, and Tarte Tatin takes you back to childhood with its caramelized flavors. In the glass, champagnes, wines and cocktails seal the experience with the seal of exquisiteness. In fine weather, 1715's tables are set on the terrace overlooking the park or the courtyard, in perfect harmony with nature.
