About An intimate bar-restaurant in the heart of the castle's former library

Nestled in the Château’s former library, La Table du 1715 is now a cozy haven where time stands still and moments linger. Here, each dish boldly reimagines French classics: white asparagus pairs perfectly with a generous heart of burrata, the yellow chicken supreme is dressed in a captivating roast jus and fresh herbs from the garden, and the Tarte Tatin takes you back to childhood with its caramelized flavors. In the glass, champagnes, wines, and cocktails seal the experience with the mark of the exquisite. During the warmer months, the tables at 1715 are set up on the terrace facing the park or in the main courtyard, in perfect harmony with nature. We linger here and there, between bites and sips, as the minutes slip by without us even realizing it.
