The journey begins with delicately truffled canapés, sublimated by a glass of Champagne Blanc de Noir from Maison Thiénot, before you are swept away by a 5-course menu entirely dedicated to truffles, thought as a symphony of flavors and sensations.

The Aix countryside celebrates gastronomy and terroir with the 2ᵉ edition of its winegrowers' market!

On the esplanade in front of the Office, some twenty gourmet chalets will bring together chefs and wineries for a weekend dedicated to taste and conviviality.

With tastings, regional products and food & wine pairings, visitors will be able to discover the region's culinary and winemaking riches in a warm, festive atmosphere.
