    Chef Marc Fontanne

    Originally from the Loire region, where his parents were cheese producers, chef Marc Fontanne honed his craft at prestigious establishments such as Maison Pic in Valence and Auberge des Templiers. At Fonscolombe, he offers sensitive and sensual creations tirelessly dedicated to the product, sourced from neighboring producers or straight from the estate's organic vegetable garden.

    His dishes, which are clear, vibrant, and sometimes surprising, are a prodigious ode to Provençal and French tradition. His cuisine is in harmony with the seasons and leaves an irresistible taste of eternity.
